Choosing a Classical Guitar
Are you trying to learn classical guitar? Or have you been playing for a while and want to upgrade your current guitar? Here are some useful tips on how to choose a quality classical guitar.
- Do research online and see feedback people are leaving and what they have to say about certain guitars.
- Decide your price range. Can you afford to spend a thousand or more? Or are you looking for something in the 300-800 range?
3. Find stores in your area that sell acoustic guitars and see what options they have.
4. Decide on a brand you think is best and go for it.
Overall choosing a classical guitar is something you need to do in store and I would suggest to never order online unless you buy it off the manufacturers website. You usally need to play the guitar in store to hear it and see how it feels. Ideally, you should avoid big chain music stores, they usually sell low quality classical guitars, and the prices are out of control. Find a local store that sells quality instruments. Some guitars I would highly recommend are:
Cordoba Guitars
Cordoba guitars are very high quality and always sound crisp and clean. There are many models to choose from.
